Senior Human Resources Executive-(Site HR Operation)- Salary Upto 4LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end site HR operations

  including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and exit formalities.
• Handle

  time office management, payroll inputs, and leave administration

  for on-roll and contract employees.
• Support in

  contract labour management

  , coordination with contractors, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with

  PF, ESIC, CLRA, and other labour laws

  .
• Maintain and update

  HR records, statutory registers, and licences

  as per legal requirements.
• Assist in

  employee engagement activities, grievance handling

  , and communication at site.
• Coordinate with the HR Manager and site heads for manpower planning and reporting.
• Liaise with vendors, government authorities, and local departments when required.
• Support HR audits, MIS reporting, and training initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  Time Office, Statutory Compliance, and Contract Labour Handling

• Familiar with

  PF, ESIC, and Labour Laws

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Hands-on experience in

  attendance, payroll, and documentation

• Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach
• Ability to manage
