Role Overview: You will play a pivotal role in driving the organizations human resources strategy and ensuring smooth, efficient, and people-first HR operations at Rostrum Education. Your responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits administration, compliance, and collaborating with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a Repository of approved Job Descriptions. - Develop Job Descriptions for new roles based on the brief from the Reporting Manager. - Attract, screen suitable candidates, conduct Psychometric Tests, prepare interview questionnaires and assignments, and conduct interviews to select the best candidates. - Schedule interviews with skip level and leadership as required. - Ensure a welcoming Onboarding experience and design immersive experiences for new hires. - Manage core HR processes, employee lifecycle records, HRMS tool, transfers, exits, and employment status changes. - Act as the first line of support for employee queries and grievances. - Administer health, insurance, wellness, leave, and benefit schemes. - Partner with leadership to identify process improvements, implement HR best practices, and support the creation and review of HR policies. - Drive engagement and retention initiatives through feedback loops and data-driven insights. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment and operations, preferably in an education or similar sector. - Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, HR operations, and HR systems. - Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
