Role Overview

Senior Manager Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead recruitment strategies for mid to senior-level hiring.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and manage workforce planning.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

2. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Conduct employee surveys, analyze results, and recommend action plans.
  • Foster a positive work culture aligned with organizational values.

3. Performance Management & Development

  • Oversee the performance management cycle, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Coach managers on effective performance management practices.

4. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Support compensation planning, benchmarking, and administration of salary structures.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and incentive plans.

6. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain HR metrics and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
  • Provide insights on attrition, performance, and workforce trends.

7. Strategic HR Initiatives

  • Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change, transformation, and culture initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency through technology and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions including talent management, employee engagement, compensation, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and drive change.
