We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee the human resources function in India. This role will be responsible for driving HR strategy, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, fostering employee engagement, and supporting business growth through strong talent management practices. The manager will partner with the US HR team for alignment and consistency in all people related matters and functions. The ideal candidate is both a strategic partner to leadership and a hands-on HR leader who can scale processes, policies, and culture in a fast-growing organization.
