Job Description

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and information to integrate into the organization.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Assist in resolving employee conflicts and addressing disciplinary issues as per company policies.

  • Performance Management: Support the performance management process by assisting with appraisals, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans. Track and report on employee performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Training & Development: Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training programs to enhance employee skills and career development. Support the planning and execution of leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

  • HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and regulations. Maintain HR records and documentation, including employee files, contracts, and other required reports. Assist in preparing and updating HR policies and procedures.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist in managing employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring employees are informed of available benefits and eligibility. Support payroll administration by verifying and maintaining employee data and attendance records.

  • Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives. Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys and suggest improvements based on feedback.

  • HR Reporting: Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover, absenteeism, and training effectiveness. Assist with budget tracking and cost management for HR activities.
