Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (Retail, Wholesale, Enquiries, Test Drives, Bookings, Deliveries).
Track lead conversions, walk-in reports, and follow-up data.
Manage enquiry and booking status reports in coordination with CRM team.
Monitor dealer-wise, model-wise, and variant-wise sales performance.
Prepare MIS reports for OEM and internal management reporting.

Analysis & Forecasting

Analyze trends in sales performance and provide insights to improve targets.
Identify variances in target vs. achievement and share action-oriented reports.
Support in sales forecasting and inventory planning.

System & Process Support

Manage data entries and updates in DMS (Dealer Management System), CRM, or ERP platforms.
Coordinate with sales consultants and back-office for data accuracy.
Ensure timely updating of scheme offers, price lists, and incentive trackers.

Coordination & Communication

Liaise with OEMs, Finance & Insurance teams, and inventory control for reports.
Assist in preparing presentations and dashboards for review meetings.

Other Responsibilities

Support internal/external audits with necessary MIS documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all business-critical data.
