Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
  • Utilize HRMS and related software systems for data management, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and provide support in grievance handling and conflict resolution.
  • Assist leadership in strategic HR planning and organizational development initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and generalist functions.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and related HR software, along with MS Office applications.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
