Senior Human Resource Executive

As a Senior HR Executive at Safety Projects Pvt Ltd, your role involves bridging management and employee relations, managing the recruitment and selection process, overseeing the complete employee lifecycle, and tracking PAN India employee attendance. You will also be responsible for implementing and managing a performance appraisal system, developing HR strategies, fostering a positive working environment, and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
