Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and deliver training sessions on communication, presentation,

interpersonal, teamwork, time management, and professional etiquette.

• Conduct workshops on interview preparation, group discussions, and personality

development.

• Develop customized training modules as per industry requirements and student

career goals.

• Evaluate students performance through assessments, role plays, and mock

interviews.

• Provide individual mentoring and feedback for student improvement.

• Collaborate with faculty, placement officers, and industry experts to align training

with corporate expectations.

• Maintain training reports, attendance, and progress records.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in related discipline.

• Certification in soft skills / corporate training preferred.

• Minimum 3–5 years of training experience, preferably in higher education or

corporate training.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to motivate and engage students effectively.
