As a Senior HR Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for managing recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and documentation. Your role will involve handling end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination, managing onboarding, induction, and exit processes, maintaining employee records, attendance, HRMS, and HR documentation, addressing employee queries, supporting engagement activities, preparing HR letters, MIS reports, and ensuring policy compliance.
