Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the Human Resources (HR) department at Cubic Corporation, your main responsibility will be to handle primarily transactional tasks. These tasks include inputting employee data into relevant systems, assisting with employment and unemployment verification, managing/reimbursing Global Tuition, and supporting the PR/PO process. In this role, you can expect to work closely under supervision and direction. Key Responsibilities: - Handle complex employee data changes such as new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and compensation adjustments. - Stay informed about local employment laws and regulations across various APAC countries to ensure compliance in areas like employment contracts, working hours, and leave policies. - Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions while adhering to policies, procedures, and legal requirements. - Assist with HR SAP invoicing and address inquiries from Managers regarding Employee Status Change Notices. - Keep track of HR records as instructed and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within HR administration. - Propose and implement improvements to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance the employee and manager experience. - Complete special projects as assigned and handle various miscellaneous HR activities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of four (4)+ years of related experience. - Proficiency in MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Experience with HR operations and utilizing an HRIS system (preferably Workday). - College degree in a related discipline is preferred. - Ability to maintain confidentiality of personnel information and handle it with care. - Strong organizational skills to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under deadlines and shifting priorities. - Detail-oriented with the ability to perform time-sensitive duties accurately. - Professional demeanor with a focus on continuous improvement and intellectual curiosity.
