Savani School, Surat – 395005, Gujarat 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time 💰 Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹4,20,000 LPA ________________________________________ Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our Surat branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring a seamless hiring process to support the company’s growth. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment life cycle – from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates • Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) • Conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads • Draft and post job descriptions, advertisements, and job offers • Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports • Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities • Collaborate with HR team members on additional HR functions as needed ________________________________________ Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (experience in fintech or BFSI domain is a plus) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously • High level of professionalism and confidentiality ________________________________________ Preferred Skills • Experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc. • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and hiring best practices • Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills ________________________________________ Interested candidates can send their updated resume to  Contact No : +91 9289711698
