Relationship building: Establish and maintain connections with local businesses, community leaders, educational institutions, and professional organizations to identify potential candidates. Conducting interviews: Interview candidates on-site, assessing their skills, experience, and fit for the role. Candidate screening and evaluation: Review resumes and applications, pre-screen candidates based on job requirements, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. Networking and outreach: Leverage personal networks and community connections to identify passive candidates. Presentation of company culture: Promote the company's values and culture to potential candidates during interactions.
