Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support the daily operations of our office. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, managing pantry duties, handling minor office tasks, and ensuring smooth opening and closing of the office premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and close the office daily as per schedule.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the entire office area including workstations, reception, pantry, washrooms, and meeting rooms.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required.
Maintain pantry inventory – track stock of beverages, snacks, cleaning supplies, etc., and notify Admin for replenishment.
Support staff with simple errands like delivering documents within the premises or nearby locations.
Ensure cleanliness of pantry equipment (microwave, kettle, fridge, etc.).
Assist in setting up the meeting room before and after meetings.
Dispose of garbage daily in a proper manner.
Be available for any other administrative support as directed.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Basic knowledge of housekeeping and office upkeep.
Polite, punctual, and disciplined attitude.
Ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently.
Physically fit to carry out cleaning and moving tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
