Plumber

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plumber to manage and maintain plumbing systems within a residential housing society. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in modern plumbing techniques, tools, and safety practices, and be available during designated working hours for routine maintenance and emergency services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of relevant plumbing experience (society experience preferred)

In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and techniques

Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Physically fit and capable of handling tools, equipment, and tasks on-site

Basic understanding of safety standards and regulations

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems across society premises

Diagnose and resolve issues related to water supply, drainage, and sanitation

Install and repair pipes, valves, fittings, tanks, taps, and other fixtures

Attend to complaints or service requests from residents in a timely manner

Coordinate with facility team or vendors for replacement parts and materials

Maintain daily service logs and update records of plumbing tasks completed

Follow all safety and hygiene protocols as per industry standards

Be available during society's assigned working hours and on-call during emergencies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 per month
