Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Softener / RO Regeneration & Service Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and regeneration of domestic and industrial water treatment systems. The candidate will ensure smooth operation, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent customer service during on-site visits. Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, servicing, and maintenance of water softeners, RO plants, and other water treatment systems. Carry out resin regeneration, backwashing, and chemical dosing as per company standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and water flow issues in RO and softener systems. Maintain detailed service records, regeneration logs, and site reports. Conduct regular preventive maintenance and ensure timely AMC service visits. Replace filters, membranes, and other consumable parts when required. Educate customers on system usage, regeneration frequency, and basic troubleshooting. Coordinate with the service manager for scheduling and material requirements. Follow all safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures during site operations. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong technical understanding of RO systems, softeners, and water treatment equipment. Hands-on experience with plumbing connections, electrical components, and pressure systems. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and service manuals. Good communication and customer handling skills. Willingness to travel for field service assignments.
