Job Description – Plumber (Site: L.B. Nagar)

Position: Plumber
Location: L.B. Nagar Project Site, Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems (GI, CPVC, UPVC lines).
• Fixing and testing water supply lines, sanitary lines, drainage systems, and sewage pipes.
• Installation of bathroom fittings – taps, wash basins, shower, WC, geyser, etc.
• Diagnosing issues such as leakage, blockages, and carry out remedial works.
• Performing pressure tests and ensuring zero leakage prior to handover.
• Coordinating with site engineers, contractors, and vendors regarding material requirements.
• Maintaining records of daily progress and reporting to Site Engineer / Project Manager.
• Following site safety protocols and ensuring tools are safely handled.

Required Skills & Qualification:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in residential or commercial building projects.
• Ability to read basic site drawings (plumbing & sanitary layouts).
• Knowledge of various plumbing materials and fittings.
• Strong troubleshooting and workmanship skills.

Job Description – Electrician (Site: L.B. Nagar)

Position: Electrician
Location: L.B. Nagar Project Site, Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of electrical wiring, conduits, DBs & earthing systems.
• Fitting of switchboards, MCBs, fans, lights, geysers, and electrical panels.
• Troubleshooting electrical faults and ensuring immediate corrective action.
• Ensuring proper load distribution and adherence to electrical safety norms.
• Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Coordinating with Site Engineer for daily workplans and material requirement.
• Maintaining documentation of electrical tests and measurements.

Required Skills & Qualification:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in building/site electrical works.
• Knowledge of single-phase and three-phase connections.
• Ability to read basic electrical layouts and circuit diagrams.

Strong understanding of safety practices and electrical tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
