Key Responsibilities Call and engage with candidates who have applied for the Channel Partner Program. Clearly explain the Job Description, responsibilities, earning model, and onboarding process. Confirm candidate interest and finalize Google Meet schedule based on availability. Create and update candidate entries in Zoho CRM with complete status and notes. Send meeting invites and calendar requests to candidates and the designated Onboarding Account Manager. Coordinate smooth handover of candidates to the Account Manager for onboarding sessions. Maintain structured follow-up, reminders, and pipeline management. Ensure daily reporting of scheduled, completed, and pending onboarding calls.
