Senior HR Manager

As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization effectively. Your primary tasks will include identifying, evaluating, and engaging potential candidates for various job openings. You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, educational institutions, and other talent sources. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a strong presence on job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels. You will lead the entire selection process, including initial screenings, face-to-face interviews, and reference checks. Your expertise in conducting comprehensive interviews to assess candidate qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit will be essential. Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging recruitment methodologies will be vital to ensure that the organization's recruitment approach remains current. You will be responsible for generating and presenting recruitment-related reports to senior management and providing guidance and mentorship to junior recruitment team members. Managing the recruitment budget effectively while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations will be part of your duties. Collaboration with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions will also be a key aspect of your role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
