Job Title Senior Manager Human Resources Job Description An exciting opportunity with a leading global product-based software company that operates in a high-growth, innovation-driven IT environment. We are looking for a Senior Manager Human Resources to lead HR operations for our India team, based in Pune. This is an onsite leadership role , offering direct exposure to global people practices and strategic HR transformation. You will serve as a key HR Business Partner collaborating with India and US leadership, driving people-centric strategies, and leading core HR programs including performance management, talent development, compensation planning, HRIS, employee engagement, and workforce compliance. Key Responsibilities: Be the face of HR for the India team and a strategic advisor to senior leadership Lead and manage HR operations including performance management, learning, succession planning, engagement, and rewards Partner with global HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Compensation, HRIS, etc.) to align India HR processes Ensure legal compliance and uphold local employment practices Support M&A integrations and global HR program rollouts Lead and mentor junior HR team members Use data and metrics to drive organizational effectiveness Key Skills HR Business Partnering, HR Strategy, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Labor Law Compliance, HR Metrics, Workday HRIS, M&A HR, HR Operations, DEI Initiatives
