We are looking for a Senior Manager Human Resources to lead HR operations for our India team, based in Pune. This is an onsite leadership role , offering direct exposure to global people practices and strategic HR transformation. You will serve as a key HR Business Partner collaborating with India and US leadership, driving people-centric strategies, and leading core HR programs including performance management, talent development, compensation planning, HRIS, employee engagement, and workforce compliance. Provide support and advanced configuration for Workday Core HCM and Security modules to meet business needs. Assist in planning, designing, and deploying HR technology initiatives and system updates. Identify and recommend enhancements for Talent and Performance Management modules. Manage and monitor critical path release activities, resolving or escalating issues as needed. Ensure HR data confidentiality and integrity by applying Amgen's Information Security and Privacy policies. Act as a Workday subject matter expert, offering consultation and support to the broader HR team. Support training and coaching on Workday best practices. Bring 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, with previous Core HCM and Security implementation. Demonstrate success delivering HR technology solutions in fast-paced, Agile environments, focusing on user experience. Exhibit strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and compliance skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
