Job Title Senior Manager Human Resources Job Description An exciting opportunity with a leading global product-based software company that operates in a high-growth, innovation-driven IT environment. We are looking for a Senior Manager Human Resources to lead HR operations for our India team, based in Pune. This is an onsite leadership role , offering direct exposure to global people practices and strategic HR transformation. You will serve as a key HR Business Partner collaborating with India and US leadership, driving people-centric strategies, and leading core HR programs including performance management, talent development, compensation planning, HRIS, employee engagement, and workforce compliance.
