Senior HR Manager

As a Senior HR Manager, your role will involve setting objectives for the HR team and tracking progress. You will be responsible for designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment. Additionally, you will develop compensation and benefits plans and support improvements to the recruitment process. Hosting in-house recruitment events and discussing employees" career development paths with managers will also be part of your key responsibilities.
