About the Role

Senior HR Executive

assisting the HR Head

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment cycle

    : JD intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Execute sourcing strategies across job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and international platforms.
  • Build and maintain a

    strong pipeline

    for open roles in India and globally (as and when needed).
  • Ensure a seamless and

    positive candidate experience

    throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.

HR Operations

  • Handle

    onboarding, documentation, and employee records

    for a remote workforce.
  • Address employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures promptly.
  • Ensure smooth execution of employee exits, documentation, and compliance.
  • Continuously work on

    process automation and efficiency improvements

    .

HR Business Partnering (HRBP)

  • Partner with managers to support

    workforce planning, performance management, and employee development

    .
  • Drive

    employee engagement initiatives

    for remote and hybrid teams to strengthen culture and retention.
  • Interact with people managers on feedback delivery, conflict resolution, and performance discussions.
  • Actively resolve employee relations issues with empathy and fairness.
  • Generate

    HR reports and insights

    on attrition, engagement, and performance for leadership decision-making.

Collaboration with HR Head

  • Assist the HR Head

    in driving company-wide HR activities and projects across recruitment, operations, and engagement.
  • Work closely with people managers and department heads on strategic HR initiatives while independently executing assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of HR experience

    with proven exposure to

    Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and HRBP

    .
  • Hands-on experience hiring for both

    India and global roles

    across Tech and Non-Tech functions.
  • Prior experience in a

    startup or high-growth environment is preferred

    .
  • Understanding of

    HR policies, compliance, and performance frameworks

    .
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to

    work independently as an individual contributor

    in a remote setup.
  • Proactive, data-driven, and adaptable to changing business needs.
