🔍 About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and organized Senior HR Executive / Senior HR Manager to oversee all aspects of HR operations — from recruitment and employee engagement to performance management and culture building.

You’ll be a key part of shaping policies, enhancing employee experience, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across the organization.

💡 Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end hiring for all departments.

Develop effective recruitment strategies.

Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads.

Ensure seamless onboarding and induction.

2️⃣ Employee Relations & Engagement

Foster a positive and transparent workplace culture.

Plan and execute engagement activities and feedback sessions.

Address grievances promptly and professionally.

3️⃣ HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain HRMS records, policies, and compliance standards.

Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

4️⃣ Performance Management

Drive appraisal systems and development programs.

Support training, growth, and succession planning.

5️⃣ Strategic HR & Culture Development

Align HR initiatives with business goals.

Strengthen company culture and team collaboration.

Provide HR insights for leadership decisions.

🎓 Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or related field.

Minimum 4+ years of HR experience, with 2+ years in a senior role.

Proficiency in HR policies, HRMS, and compliance.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
