Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR Executive located in Srinagar. The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing the HR department's operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment and selection process, and supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR principles, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in HR software and MS Office tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role
• Professional HR certification is a plus
