Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing a successful recruitment strategy, creating and updating job specifications, posting job advertisements on various platforms, evaluating resumes and cover letters, conducting interviews, and serving as a liaison between candidates and the company throughout the selection process. The ideal candidate should have proven work experience in a similar role, a background in recruitment or human resources, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in decision-making, experience with sourcing techniques, and the ability to handle both clients and candidates effectively.
