Senior HR Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive with hands-on experience in HRMS software to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR functions and be comfortable using HR technology to streamline processes and manage employee data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS system.
• Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and leave management.
• Ensure HRMS data accuracy and generate regular reports for management.
• Support payroll processing using HRMS data.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Assist in performance appraisal and other HR-related initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
• Mandatory experience using HRMS software (e.g., Zoho People, GreytHR, Keka, etc.).
• Good understanding of HR operations and practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
