Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and offboarding. Complete employee life cycle.

Maintain and update HRIS/employee master database.

Assist with HR compliance and audits.

Coordinate performance appraisal process and maintain records.

Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

Draft HR letters (offer, increment, exit, etc.).

Handle queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Create, analyze, and present HR reports, dashboards, and trackers.

Handle L&D and Reward & recognition program.

Mandatory Skill Set:

Strong command of MS Excel including formulas, data cleaning, automation through Excel, pivot tables, lookup functions, and logic-based formulas. Analytical mindset for preparing and interpreting HR reports, trends, and insights.

Experience with HR software or ERPs (Zoho, BambooHR, Keka, etc. Keka is preferable).

Other Required Skills:

Solid understanding of HR policies and employment laws.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team with a proactive approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources or relevant field.

5+ years of experience in core HR operations.
