Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram & Jaipur Location for a Senior Growth & Digital Marketing Strategist. The primary responsibilities include formulating and executing digital marketing strategies, conducting performance analysis, and managing campaigns across digital platforms to drive growth and engagement. The strategist will oversee analytics, optimize SEO and SEM, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and user acquisition. Additionally, the role involves innovation and staying updated on the latest marketing tools and trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Online Advertising strategies
• Skilled in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing techniques
• Experience in analytics tools like Google Analytics and data interpretation to optimize marketing performance
• Strong skills in Campaign Management, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation
• Knowledge in Content Marketing and Brand Strategy Development
• Experience in utilizing marketing technologies and CRM tools effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field; MBA or equivalent is advantageous
• Strong project management abilities and excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
• Previous experience in the IT or technology services industry is a plus
• Minimum 5 years experience
