Role: Senior Graphic Designer

1. Visual Design & Branding

  • Lead the creation of visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, branding, print, and experiential projects.
  • Design 

    event posters, banners, backdrops, stage graphics, and other event collateral

    .
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all communication platforms.
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that align with client objectives and brand strategy.

2. Creative Conceptualization

  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and content teams to understand project briefs and translate them into compelling visual concepts.
  • Present design ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
  • Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and visual storytelling techniques to keep work fresh and innovative.

3. Project Management & Execution

  • Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
  • Oversee the design process from concept to final production, including print, digital, motion graphics, and experiential/event assets.
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and production teams when required.

4. Mentorship & Team Collaboration

  • Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, content creators, and strategists to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and skill development within the design team.

5. Quality Control & Standards

  • Maintain high standards of design excellence, visual clarity, and brand alignment.
  • Review and refine creative outputs before client delivery to ensure consistency and impact.

Requirements:


Must-Haves:

  • 2–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency or branding environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, visual storytelling, and versatility across print, digital, and event graphics.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles for digital and web design.
  • Experience in brand identity design, packaging, or experiential/event design.
  • Knowledge of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
