Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Content Creation:

• Design high-quality visuals including carousels, infographics, digital illustrations, social media assets, iconography, and web creatives that align with ISB’s brand and tone.

• Campaign Design:

• Translate briefs into cohesive visual campaigns for internal communications, programme marketing, alumni engagement, and institutional storytelling.

• Video Support Assets:

• Develop graphic treatments, illustrated backdrops, and on-screen design assets for video content, working alongside editors and motion designers.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Partner with content writers, brand strategists, and video producers to brainstorm, prototype, and deliver compelling cross-platform creative outputs.

• Design Systems & Brand Consistency:

• Maintain and evolve the ISB design system across touchpoints—ensuring consistency while also enabling creative innovation.

• Project Ownership:

• Independently manage timelines, versions, and stakeholder feedback on design projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree/master’s in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design; agency, editorial, or corporate design background preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in designing for digital campaigns, brand storytelling, and marketing-led content.

Core Skills & Tools

• Design Software:

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite—especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Comfortable using

  Figma

  for collaborative workflows and UI/UX design support.

• Motion Design Familiarity:

• Exposure to After Effects and understanding of design for motion graphics is a strong plus.

• Aesthetic Sensibility:

• Strong grasp of color theory, typography, layout, and composition. Able to balance creative flair with brand discipline.

• Communication:

• Ability to explain design rationale clearly and receive feedback constructively. Strong presentation and storytelling skills.

• Attention to Detail:

• High level of craft and care in every pixel—whether it’s for social, web, print, or screen.

Preferred Background

• Experience working on

  institutional, B2B

  , or

  education sector

  design projects.
• Ability to adapt visual language to suit various formats—from corporate decks to research visualizations.
• Comfortable with iterative creative processes and fast turnarounds.
