• Lead the Graphic Design Function

  for Markwiz, including design direction, quality control, and project delivery.
• Personally work on

  key designs and motion graphics

  for high-value clients and internal brands.
• Collaborate with the marketing, web, and content teams to develop visual concepts and creative assets.
• Plan, delegate, and review daily tasks of the design team (2–3 designers and video editors).
• Oversee the creation of:
• Branding and identity design
• Social media creatives
• Brochures, posters, pitch decks, and ads
• UI mockups for websites
• Reels, explainer videos, and animated content
• Ensure brand consistency across all output.
• Maintain a high-speed, quality-first approach in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Stay updated with global trends in visual storytelling, animation, and advertising design.

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a graphic designer or senior designer in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong command over tools:

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma

  (or similar).
• Ability to create both

  static and motion content

• Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to manage a team and deliver quality at scale.
• Creative thinker with a sharp eye for details and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
