We are seeking a Studio Manager to lead our creative and production teams, streamline workflows, and ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the creative studio, ensuring smooth coordination between design, digital marketing, and production teams.

• Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Act as the central point of communication between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.

• Maintain quality control on all deliverables, ensuring brand guidelines and client expectations are met.

• Manage vendor relationships for printing, video production, photography, and other outsourced services.

• Optimize studio processes and implement SOPs to increase efficiency and scalability.

• Conduct regular status meetings, performance reviews, and team feedback sessions.

• Create and maintain documentation for studio operations, workflows, and reports for management review.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–5years in studio management, project coordination, or operations management within a digital marketing or creative agency.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, including design, social media, paid ads, and content creation.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.

• Hands-on knowledge of project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage production budgets.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) is a plus.

• Knowledge of creative production tools and digital marketing platforms will be an added advantage.
