This role requires expertise in designing responsive, visually appealing websites and implementing those designs seamlessly into WordPress. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in customizing WordPress themes, optimizing for user experience, and maintaining functional, high-performance websites. Responsibilities: Design and develop modern, responsive WordPress websites based on branding and functional requirements. Customize WordPress themes and plugins to deliver tailored web solutions. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate business needs into engaging digital experiences. Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and mobile compatibility. Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all web pages. Troubleshoot site issues, manage updates, and maintain regular backups. Implement UI/UX best practices to enhance user interaction and accessibility. Requirements: Proven experience designing and developing WordPress websites. Strong proficiency in WordPress CMS, including custom themes and plugin configuration. Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript/PHP. Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility standards. Understanding of on-page SEO and basic use of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Ability to manage multiple website projects with attention to detail and deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to site management.
