Job Description

Overview:

The Senior Graphic Designer will be a key member of our creative team, responsible for developing and executing visually compelling design solutions across a variety of media. This role requires a highly creative and skilled individual with a proven track record of success in designing impactful and brand-consistent materials. The primary objective is to elevate our brand image and contribute to the overall success of marketing and communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, and print collateral.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design projects.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, ensuring all design assets are properly managed and archived.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale.
Technical Skills:
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects - preferred).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency in creating assets for various platforms (web, print, social media).
Experience with responsive design principles.
Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar) is a plus.
Understanding of print production processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior-level role.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various mediums.
Skills & Experience:
Graphic Design: Exceptional skills in conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually compelling and effective designs across various media, demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and brand consistency. Experience with branding projects is a significant plus.
Graphic Tools: Extensive expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Proficiency in other design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is beneficial. A deep understanding of how to leverage these tools to achieve optimal results is crucial. The candidate should demonstrate a proficiency beyond basic functionality, exhibiting mastery in utilizing advanced features and techniques.
