Senior Graphic Designer

Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate marketing and branding needs into visually compelling designs. You will play a key role in creating graphics for digital and print channels while ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design a variety of marketing materials including YouTube thumbnails, social media creatives, presentations, brochures, infographics, and digital ads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and deliver impactful designs.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across digital and print media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or equivalent tools).
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design platforms is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
