Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Graphic Designer based in Panaji with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics and designs for various projects, developing branding strategies, designing logos, selecting typography, and ensuring the overall visual identity aligns with our company's vision. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing design projects from conception to completion, and maintaining design consistency across all platforms.

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver unique logos and brand identity systems aligned with client and product positioning.
• Develop brand style guides (typography, color palettes, iconography, and illustration styles).

• Design digital branding assets (social media creatives, banners, infographics, email templates, presentation decks).
• Create print-based materials (business cards, brochures, packaging, posters, brand collaterals).
• Ensure high-quality outputs optimized for both print and digital mediums.

• Produce custom illustrations (vector, flat, minimal, or detailed styles) to strengthen brand storytelling.
• Provide art direction to align creative teams, freelancers, or agencies working on design projects.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and concept visualizations for brand campaigns.

• Collaborate with product teams using Adobe XD / Figma to design user-centric digital interfaces.
• Support UX designers by creating icon sets, micro-illustrations, and graphic assets for web and mobile products.

• Manage end-to-end execution of design projects, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
• Maintain organized asset libraries, source files, and brand guidelines for easy cross-team access.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, tech) and external agencies/vendors.

• Adobe Illustrator (expert)
• Adobe Photoshop (expert)
• Adobe XD / Figma (working knowledge for digital assets & UI/UX)
• Strong portfolio in illustration-driven branding and graphic design
• Creative problem-solving and a sharp eye for detail

• Minimum 4 years as a Graphic Designer (preferably in Advertising Agencies or Design Studios)
• Proven track record in delivering branding and design projects across digital and print



• Ability to translate business and product briefs into visual storytelling
• Strong understanding of branding psychology, consumer perception, and design trends
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote-first setup
• Excellent communication & presentation skills to justify design decisions
