Senior Graphic Designer

• Conceptualize, design, and execute creative assets for branding, marketing campaigns, packaging, events, and digital media.
• Work with various materials such as MDF, acrylic, vinyl, sunboard, and other substrates to create display and branding solutions.
• Oversee the entire design process from ideation to final delivery, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, sales) to understand requirements and translate them into effective designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, reviewing their work to maintain high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas.
• Ensure all designs are production-ready and coordinate with vendors for print and fabrication accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design (preferably in branding, advertising, or retail solutions).
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print, digital, and 3D design concepts.
• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), CorelDRAW, and other relevant tools.
• Understanding of materials like MDF, acrylic, vinyl, sunboard, etc., for design execution.
• Excellent sense of visual storytelling, typography, color, and layout.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in 3D software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar).
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
• Previous experience in advertising/retail branding/print production companies.
