Graphic Designers

Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs for various BTL marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Key Responsibilities: Design Creation: Develop engaging graphics for BTL materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, point-of-sale displays, and event collateral, using CorelDRAW and other design software. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all marketing materials. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client expectations. Revisions: Incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs to achieve the desired outcome. Pre-Press Preparation: Prepare and optimize files for print production, ensuring high-quality output. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in CorelDRAW: Expertise in CorelDRAW for creating vector-based designs and layouts. Design Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in graphic design, preferably in an advertising agency environment focusing on BTL activities. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in BTL marketing materials. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for design aesthetics, typography, and layout. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with team members. Preferred Qualifications: Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Additional Skills: Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools is advantageous.
