Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Social Media Graphics: Designing eye-catching posts, stories, cover photos, profile pictures, and ad creatives optimized for different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Website and Landing Page Visuals: Creating banners, hero images, icons, infographics, and other visual elements to enhance website aesthetics, user experience, and drive conversions on landing pages.
• Digital Advertising Assets: Designing display ads, banner ads, and other visual elements for online advertising campaigns across various networks.
• Infographics and Data Visualization: Transforming complex data and information into easily understandable and visually appealing infographics.
• Maintaining Brand Guidelines: Ensuring all visual content aligns with the agency's or the client's brand guidelines (logo, color palette, typography, visual style).
• Developing Visual Brand Elements: Contributing to the development of visual brand elements and style guides.
• Ensuring Consistency: Maintaining visual consistency across all digital marketing channels to build brand recognition and trust.
• Working with Marketing Teams: Collaborating closely with social media managers, content creators, SEO specialists, and other marketing team members to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Conceptualization and Brainstorming: Participating in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and visual strategies for marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Design Software: Mastery of industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
