Job description A project manager with 6 months to 1 year experienced candidate is required for our software development department at Bloombiz Creatives. Its a work from Office job. Key roles and responsibilities: 1. Planning & Initiation Define Project Scope Resource Allocation Assign tasks to developers, designers, and other team members. Allocate resources effectively to optimize project timelines and budgets. 2. Execution & Monitoring Track Progress Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones. Use project management tools to track progress. Conduct regular status meetings with the team. Communication & Coordination Facilitate communication between clients, developers, and stakeholders. Address and resolve any roadblocks or conflicts. Ensure clear and timely communication throughout the project. 3. Delivery & Closure Ensure timely and successful project delivery. Conduct final testing and bug fixes. Prepare and deliver project documentation. Train clients on using the delivered product. Provide post-launch support and maintenance. Gather client feedback for future projects. Conduct a project review and lessons learned analysis. Document project outcomes and best practices. 4. Other Important Aspects Build and maintain strong client relationships. Proactively address client concerns and questions. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Motivate and inspire the project team. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
