Role Description

• Investment Research & Alpha Generation
• Conduct deep-dive fundamental research across sectors and companies.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, DCFs, and valuation frameworks.
• Prepare detailed investment theses, management meeting notes, and catalyst trackers.
• Identify high-growth, scalable businesses aligned with the PMS philosophy.
• Portfolio Management
• Manage long-only, growth-focused equity portfolios with discipline and risk awareness.
• Monitor portfolio weights, liquidity, and sector exposures; ensure compliance with PMS
• guidelines.
• Drive position sizing, risk controls, buy-sell decisions, and rebalancing strategies.
• Support execution and coordinate with the dealing desk for best execution.
• Market & Data Tools
• Proficient usage of Bloomberg, screeners, and alternative data sources.
• Ability to analyze macro trends, market cycles, and relevant global indicators. 

Qualifications

• 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in Equity Research / Portfolio Management / Fund
• Management.
• Proven expertise in Indian equities with a focus on growth investing.
• Strong command over Bloomberg, financial modelling, and research frameworks.
• Solid understanding of valuation, technical analysis, and risk management.
• Ability to think independently, challenge consensus, and generate differentiated ideas.
• Strong communication and ability to present investment rationale clearly.
• Professional qualifications like CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
