We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can design and build robust, scalable web applications that power intelligent, data-driven products. This role combines backend expertise in Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI) with strong ReactJS frontend skills to deliver seamless, high-performance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Development

Architect, build, and maintain full-stack web applications leveraging Python on the backend and ReactJS on the frontend.

Design and implement RESTful APIs for reliable and secure system communication.

Develop and optimize frontend interfaces that are responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly.

Collaboration & Integration

Partner with product, AI, and design teams to integrate ML/AI-powered capabilities into production-ready solutions.

Work closely with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth deployments, continuous integration, and cloud scalability on AWS.

Performance & Quality

Ensure applications meet the highest standards of performance, security, and maintainability.

Write clean, modular, and testable code following industry best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems for optimal performance.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in backend development with Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI).

1+ year of hands-on experience in ReactJS, including hooks, state management (Redux), and API integration.

Strong knowledge of REST API design, authentication, and security (OAuth2, JWT).

Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

Familiarity with microservices architecture and scalable software design principles.

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Working knowledge of AWS for cloud deployment and monitoring.

Strong analytical and debugging abilities with attention to scalability and performance.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to AI/ML integration within web applications.

Experience in startups or product-based environments.

Immediate joiners (within 10 days) preferred.
