Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Django (Python) for the backend and React (JavaScript/TypeScript) for the frontend. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and implement new features. Optimize application performance and improve user experience. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best practices. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and technologies to drive innovation. Requirements: 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development. Proficiency in Django (Python), including Django REST Framework (DRF) and ORM. Strong experience with React (JavaScript/TypeScript), including hooks, state management (Redux, Context API, etc.), and component-based architecture. Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and database optimization techniques. Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets. Familiarity with front-end build tools and bundlers such as Webpack, Vite, or Babel. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or other modern front-end frameworks. Background in microservices architecture and distributed systems. Knowledge of authentication and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.).Role & responsibilities
