Job Description

Who we're looking for

founding engineering team

Please avoid applying if you are still in college or have less than 3 years of experience in building products that are used by consumers in production.

What you’ll do

Build and scale backend APIs and a performant frontend from scratch.
Own the full development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment.
Collaborate closely with founders to make key technical decisions.
Influence engineering culture and lay the foundation of our tech stack.
Be part of the journey as we scale from 0 → 1 → 100.

What we’re looking for

3+ years of experience building and shipping consumer-facing products in production.
Deep experience with
NodeJS
and
ReactJS
.
Strong systems-thinking: able to design scalable, secure APIs.
Startup mindset: ownership, adaptability, and excitement to build from scratch.
Bonus: prior experience with real-time messaging or chat systems.
