Video Editor (Youtube & Social Content)

Who we're looking for:

If you obsess over YouTube retention curves, find joy in color grading a frame just right, and know how to turn a simple conversation into a compelling visual story we want to talk to you.

This role is for someone who doesn't just cut clips, but builds narratives. You'll work closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to create long-form explainers, short-form reels, case studies, and motion-rich product videos that educate, convert, and delight.

Tools we use

• Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
• Descript

Responsibilites

• Edit YouTube videos (explainer, educational, podcast-style, or product-focused)
• Create short-form content from long videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
• Cut podcast/video interviews with clean transitions, audio leveling, and engaging pacing
• Enhance storytelling with B-rolls, on-screen text, and smart motion graphics
• Optimize videos for retention, clarity, and algorithm performance
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and product team to bring ideas to life
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all videos
• Manage fast turnarounds and multiple editing projects at once

You'd be a good fit if:

• You've worked with creators, SaaS brands, or B2B podcasts
• You understand video pacing, structure, and retention-friendly storytelling
• You're fluent in English and can work independently with minimal supervision
• You care about clarity, creative polish, and delivering on time
• You have a strong video portfolio (send links we love seeing before/after too!)
