Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with proven experience building high-quality, scalable products. We value impactful project experience more than the total years in the industry. You will work across backend and frontend systems, contribute to architecture decisions, and help shape core product features.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using PHP (Laravel/Symfony).
• Develop responsive UIs using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Own features end-to-end—from design to deployment.
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps teams.
• Review code, share best practices, and support technical decisions.

Requirements

• Strong PHP expertise (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience delivering real, production-grade projects.
• Solid knowledge of modern frontend tech (React/Vue/Angular).
• Good understanding of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and API design.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and cloud environments.
• Ability to solve complex problems and make sound technical decisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices, Redis, queues, or Kubernetes.
• Understanding of system design and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices or distributed systems
• Familiarity with Redis, RabbitMQ, or other message queues
• Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time architectures
• Understanding of Kubernetes or container orchestration
• Exposure to AWS/GCP/Azure cloud services
• Experience with unit/integration testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest, etc.)
• Ability to perform system design and architecture planning
• Experience with performance tuning and cost optimization
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Contributions to open-source or strong project portfolio

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
