We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in PHP to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while contributing to architectural decisions and mentoring other engineers. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP (Laravel / Symfony / other frameworks depending on your stack). Build and optimize scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and integrations. Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using JavaScript , HTML5 , CSS3 , and modern frameworks (React / Vue / Angular). Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps teams to deliver high-impact features. Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. Contribute to architectural decisions, system design, and long-term technical roadmap. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support knowledge sharing. Required Qualifications 4- 7 years of full-stack development experience. Strong proficiency in PHP is mandatory. Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter. Solid understanding of MySQL / PostgreSQL and query optimization. Experience with frontend technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, React / Vue / Angular, HTML, CSS, Sass. Strong grasp of RESTful API design and backend architecture. Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure). Experience with caching technologies (Redis, Memcached) and message queues. Strong understanding of system design, performance optimization, and security best practices. Soft Skills Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration. Ability to lead and drive technical initiatives. Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Ownership mentality with the ability to work autonomously.
