Senior Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using

  PHP

  (Laravel / Symfony / other frameworks depending on your stack).
• Build and optimize scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and integrations.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using

  JavaScript

  CSS3

  , and modern frameworks (React / Vue / Angular).
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, system design, and long-term technical roadmap.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

• 4- 7 years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in PHP is mandatory.
• Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Solid understanding of MySQL / PostgreSQL and query optimization.
• Experience with frontend technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, React / Vue / Angular, HTML, CSS, Sass.
• Strong grasp of RESTful API design and backend architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Experience with caching technologies (Redis, Memcached) and message queues.
• Strong understanding of system design, performance optimization, and security best practices.
